Job Title: Associate T&E QA Engineer 

Primary Responsibilities: 

•        Managing Test execution and supporting test creation, planning and management. 
•        Fully competent in Process Development and Maintenance. 
•        Full software testing life cycle experience is necessary. 
•        Must be competent in Windows, Linux/Unix. 
•        Good basic knowledge of Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, Mac OS X. 
•        Must have general knowledge of IP based communication protocols and networking functions including HTTP, Telnet, SNMP v1, SNMP v3, SSH, SSL, DHCP,                 SMTP, DNS, FTP, Radius. Authentication, Encryption, XML, and syslog. 
•        Practical knowledge of scripting languages such as Ruby, TCL/TK, Perl. 

EDUCATION—MINIMUM REQUIRED LEVEL: 
BE/Btech/MCA – Computer Science/Electronics degree. 

EXPERIENCE—MINIMUM REQUIRED: 
1-3 years of related experience. 

Knowledge of Quality Assurance methodology and best general practices. 
Knowledge of networking environment and protocols (i.e. TCP, SNMP) must .

Must possess basic understanding of embedded firmware systems 
Must possess basic understanding of device and enterprise level software systems. 
Mental:         
Strong attention to detail, must be very thorough with excellent analytical ability and criticial intelligence.   
Must also display enthusiasm for Quality Assurance and strong organizational skills. 
Individual must have the ability to communicate (both verbally/written) to all levels of the organization.
